Iain hails from Wellington and has represented New Zealand on many occasions since his debut in 2005.

The 33-year-old has taken 52 test wickets at 31.94 since his debut in 2005, with a best of 6-75. O'Brien has also taken 14 ODI wickets at just under 35 and six T20 international wickets at 16.66.

Overall, he has 250 plus first-class wickets with his chief weapons in his arsenal are an ability to swing the ball and an unrelenting work rate.
